Eusim Consulting was established in 2005, as an implicit response to the increasing demand of qualified valuation services in the real estate field.
Up to present, our professional team was involved in various valuation projects, requested according to the real estate market, movable assets, business regulations and specific demands of our clients.

Eusim Consulting was established in 2005 also as a response to the increasing demand of qualified valuation services in the field of immovable properties.
Up to present, our professional team was involved in various valuation and corporate finance projects, requested according to the market rules and specific requirements of our clients.
Team
Eusim Consulting is managed by excellent, ambitious professionals, wanting to provide services to the highest standards.
Company’s staff is composed of valuers with expertise in the field and we have collaboration relationships with expert valuers, permanent members of ANEVAR. Periodically, they are part of the continuous training programme organised by ANEVAR (training seminars, conferences and other specialty events). All our valuers are ANEVAR members.
The valuer team works according to the professional models and standards of:
- – National Association of Romanian Valuers (ANEVAR)
- – International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC)
Each service is organised in departments so that we are able to always provide specialised advice to our clients, however creating multi-disciplinary teams when it is necessary.
Eusim coverage
EUSIM collaborates with a series of valuers, permanent ANEVAR members and valuation companies, associated with ANEVAR, for territorial coverage.
The collaboration is tested as regards quality and promptness in more large-scale projects, valuations during the current collaborations for the valuation of warranty portfolios of the banks with which we have collaboration conventions and contracts.
